Antique China Semi-Porcelain Plate Peacock Scene, By R.K. Beck
This plate is signed by R.K. Beck and was made by Sterling China. The decoration on the front is beautiful male and female peacocks. This plate is trimmed in gold gilt edge border and rim. This measures 8 1/4" across in diameter. There is lots of crazing from age. The backstamp is Sterling China with a crown. I believe it was made between 1917 and 1929. The gold on the edge and border designs is still pretty good with little wear
